Once this is placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our team has received your order. 

In just 2-5 business days, our team will print, quality check, pack and lodge with the relevant fulfilment partner to get it to you. 

You will then receive an automated email with your tracking reference, which should include an estimated arrival date. This will depend on the standard delivery and processing times of your local package and postage services.

We ship our product range worldwide and offer a special where domestic delivery can be free.

Products are printed to order, so make sure you order correct product. That's why, unfortunately, we usually won't refund incorrect orders.

We understand mistakes can happen when you order – and want you to love our products and wear them everywhere. That’s why we allow first-time customers to exchange products that are ordered in the wrong size or style, so we can get make sure you have something that suits you and you look amazing in.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right. In this event, we have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
