Unlike bears in wild, gay bears are meant to be rubbed, stroked, fed, licked, worshiped, milked and....sorry got excited and lost my train of thought. Trying again -  Bears are hairy and bearded with solid stature that is more brawny or bulky. Community also includes extended cast of wooded critters like Otters, Wolves, Cubs and Muscle Bears.

The gay bear community is incredibly diverse and welcoming. It includes not only Bears themselves, but also other related "wooded critters" like Otters (slimmer and hairier), Wolves (similar to Bears but perhaps more rugged), Cubs (younger Bears), and Muscle Bears (Bears with a strong emphasis on muscularity). You can show your pride and belonging with some fun gay bear clothing or a gay bear shirt. It's all about finding your tribe and celebrating who you are within the broader gay bear community.
